RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Avicille is committed to your complete satisfaction. In the event that you must return merchandise, contact Avicille within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. Upon approval of the return, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to be included with the return shipment. This RMA must accompany all returns or exchanges. A replacement (full/partial refund) will be determined by Avicille upon inspection of the returned product. A restocking fee will be deducted from the customer's refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the returned product has been used and/or damaged by the customer.
